Stoke City 1-2 Tottenham: Premier League TV channel, live streaming online, start time

Stoke have six matches in which to save themselves from relegation and the portents are inauspicious.

Paul Lambert has had a host of problems to address before the visit of Tottenham, including Saido Berahino’s time-keeping,

Ibrahim Afellay’s attitude and an interview in which Xherdan Shaqiri was quoted bemoaning the lack of quality at Stoke.

That is hardly the ideal preparation for Spurs, who have beaten Stoke by four goals in their past four meetings.

Lambert has introduced a little more solidity since replacing Mark Hughes but they still do not look capable of a clean sheet. Paul Doyle

Tottenham head to one of their favourite hunting grounds on Saturday as they make the trip to face Stoke City.

The Potters have lost for a four-goal margin on each of the previous four times they have encountered Spurs, which is a Premier League record-breaking run of poor form, and will likely face fit-again Harry Kane.

Spurs have third-placed Liverpool in their sights and will be hoping Manchester City do them a favour against Manchester United just over 24 hours later as they look to replicate last season's second-placed finish.

Stoke, meanwhile, face a very tall order to retain their Premier League status for another season as they sit 19th and three points from safety.
