Manchester United 2-1 Liverpool: Premier League TV channel, live streaming online

The Soccer Saturday pundits have provided us with their predictions and key men in deciding the outcome of Manchester United v Liverpool, live on Sky Sports Premier League on Saturday.

United, who are two points ahead of Liverpool in the race for second place, proved they could stifle Jurgen Klopp's frontline in October's Anfield stalemate.

Manchester United sit two points above Liverpool in second place going into Saturday's Old Trafford showdown.

United go into the game on a high following wins over Crystal Palace and Chelsea.

But Jose Mourinho hit back at critical pundits unable to "resolve their own problems when they were managers" ahead of the game.

Everything you need to know ahead of the Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Saturday

With Manchester United fans still scraping themselves off the ceiling after the thrill of their late, late show in the 3-2 comeback win over Crystal Palace on Monday, they now ready themselves for the visit of Liverpool to Old Trafford which will decide which team takes second place going into the last eight games of the season.

Jose Mourinho's side have now come from behind to pick up maximum points in their last two fixtures, but they may well have to raise their game a level against their fierce old rivals if they are to record a third successive victory.

They do at least have the knowledge that they are now nine points ahead of fifth-placed Chelsea so it would take quite a collapse to fail to make it to the Champions League places at the end of the campaign, but United fans, players and management alike will want nothing less than a top-two finish, having been in first or second place for the entire season so far.

Team News

Manchester United
Marouane Fellaini is back in contention for Manchester United's derby clash with Liverpool on Saturday lunchtime.

The Belgium international has been sidelined since January 31 with a knee complaint, but manager Jose Mourinho confirmed the imposing midfielder was back in contention this weekend.

Veteran striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is training and centre-back Eric Bailly fully fit, but Ander Herrera, Marcos Rojo, Anthony Martial, Phil Jones and Daley Blind remain absent for the Old Trafford encounter.

Provisional squad: De Gea, Romero, Pereira, Valencia, Darmian, Shaw, Young, Lindelof, Smalling, Bailly, Matic, Carrick, Pogba, Fellaini, McTominay, Mata, Lingard, Sanchez, Rashford, Lukaku, Ibrahimovic.

Jordan Henderson, Andrew Robertson and Georginio Wijnaldum are all available for Liverpool's trip to Manchester United.

Henderson has trained after suffering a dead leg against Porto in the Champions League on Tuesday, as have Robertson (knock) and Wijnaldum (illness), both of whom missed that European game.

Nathaniel Clyne (back) is still lacking match fitness and will not be considered yet as manager Jurgen Klopp is happy with his options at right-back.

Provisional squad: Karius, Gomez, Van Dijk, Matip, Moreno, Can, Lallana, Milner, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Firmino, Mane, Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Klavan, Robertson, Henderson, Salah, Woodburn, Solanke, Ings.
