The under-fire Frenchman has warned his team that the Serie A giants have "nothing to fear" when they visit the Emirates Stadium

Arsene Wenger has said that Arsenal are faced with a “psychological problem” ahead of their Europa League last-16 second-leg clash with AC Milan on Thursday.

The Gunners go to the Emirates protecting a 2-0 advantage from the first leg, gleamed thanks to goals from Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Aaron Ramsey, but the veteran Frenchman has said that this brings its own pressures.

Certainly, after Arsenal suffered a 2-1 defeat to Ostersunds in the previous round after an apparently comfortable 3-0 first-leg victory, the under-fire manager was speaking from experience

Arsenal are in full control of their Europa League last-16 tie with AC Milan after an impressive 2-0 win at San Siro last week.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Aaron Ramsey scored without reply against a team previously on a six-game winning streak, though Milan won again at the weekend with Andre Silva scoring his first goal for the club in the 93rd minute against Genoa.

The Gunners also got back to winning ways in the Premier League, beating Watford 3-0 on Sunday, but look to have lost Shkodran Mustafi (groin) to injury. Nacho Monreal (back) is likely to return but Hector Bellerin (knee) continues to be assessed.

Not since 2009-10 have the Gunners made the last eight of a European competition - beating Porto to set up a tie with Barcelona in the Champions League - and are in pole position to do so again, albeit in the lower-tier competition.

Team News

Shkodran Mustafi picked up a groin injury and is not likely to be involved in the game, while the injured Santi Cazorla is a long-term absentee.

Nacho Monreal and Hector Bellerin were recovering from knocks but both could be involved against Milan while Alexandre Lacazette returned to training this week. One man who won't feature is Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is ineligible.

Potential Juventus starting XI: Ospina; Koscielny, Holding, Bellerin, Kolasinac; Xhaka, Wilshere, Ramsey, Ozil, Mkhitaryan; Welbeck.

David Calabria is injured, thus unlikely to play the game, and it will be interesting to see who Gennaro Gattuso deploys at right-back instead. Fabio Borini filled in against Genoa, but Christian Zapata is also an option.

As well as Calabria, Milan will not be able to call upon the services of Ignazio Abate or long-term absentee Andrea Conti.

Potential AC Milan starting XI: G. Donnarumma; Zapata, Rodriguez, Romagnoli, Bonucci; Biglia, Bonaventura, Kessie, Suso, Calhanoglu; Cutrone.

Team news and probable line-ups
Juventus (4-2-3-1): Ospina; Chambers, Mustafi, Koscielny, Kolasinac; Ramsey, Xhaka; Ozil, Wilshere, Mkhitaryan; Welbeck.

AC Milan (4-3-3): G. Donnarumma; Borini, Bonucci, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Biglia, Kessie, Bonaventura; Suso, Andre Silva, Calhanoglu.
