Leicester City vs Tottenham: Premier League prediction, team news, line-ups, start time, live, TV

Tottenham head to Leicester knowing nothing less than a stunning Premier League run will see their title hopes effectively end before Christmas.

Spurs followed up the north London derby defeat to Arsenal with an impressive Champions League comeback win against Borussia Dortmund, but Mauricio Pochettino's side faced familiar Wembley frustrations on Saturday as West Brom left the capital with a 1-1 draw.

Harry Kane netted his 40th club goal of 2017 against the Baggies to keep himself firmly in the running for the Golden Boot, and Pochettino will need his star striker on form against 2015-16 champions Leicester if Spurs are to stand any chance of catching Manchester City in the title race.

Start time

Leicester host Tottenham at King Power Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 7:45pm on Tuesday, 28 November.

TV and live online coverage

The match will be not be televised live in the UK. You can follow all the build-up and action from 6.45pm with New Gersy blog .

Erik Lamela is set to be named in Tottenham's squad for the first time in over a year.

Lamela has not played since October 25, 2016 after undergoing operations on each of his hips but he has told Mauricio Pochettino he is ready for a competitive return.

Danny Rose is also likely to come back in but Harry Winks has fallen ill and will have to be assessed while Toby Alderweireld (hamstring) and Victor Wanyama (knee) are both out.

Leicester City
Leicester boss Claude Puel will have an unchanged squad/ Central defender Robert Huth (ankle) and midfielder Matty James (Achilles) remain out injured but they are the only players unavailable to the Frenchman.

Few changes are expected from the team that started the draw at West Ham on Friday night but the likes of Ben Chilwell, Andy King, Kelechi Iheanacho, Islam Slimani and Shinji Okazaki are options for Puel.
