Borussia Dortmund will be looking to put an end to their woeful recent form when they take on Tottenham in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Tottenham travel to Borussia Dortmund knowing they will secure top spot in Champions League Group H if they match Real Madrid's result on Tuesday.

A deserved 3-1 win against the holders on November 1 puts Spurs in the driving seat, but they come into the game off the back of a demoralising 2-0 loss at rivals Arsenal.

Dortmund must win to keep their faint hopes of a place in the knockout stages alive, qualification Spurs are already assured of, but have just one competitive victory - against third-tier Magdeburg in the cup - since September.

Start time

Borussia Dortmund host Tottenham at Westfalenstadion with kick-off scheduled for 7.45pm on Tuesday, November 21.

TV and live online coverage

The match will be televised live on BT Sport 3, with coverage starting from 7pm. BT Sport subscribers will be able to stream the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app.

Alternatively, you can follow all the build-up and action from 6.45pm with NEW GERSY blog.

Team news

Borussia Dortmund could welcome Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang back from the cold after his suspension for "disciplinary reasons" for Friday's loss to Stuttgart.

However, Sokratis Papastathopoulos is almost certain to miss Tuesday's game after the defender was forced off at half-time with a rib injury.

Christian Pulisic missed the defeat entirely after succumbing to muscular problems ahead of kick-off, though it remains to be seen if he has joined Liszczek Piszczek, Marco Reus, Sebastian Rode and Erik Durm on the sidelines.

Mauricio Pochettino could make a number of changes for Tottenham's Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund.

Danny Rose is in contention to start the match after being left out of the squad for the north London derby defeat.

Harry Kane and Dele Alli could also be rested after being short of full fitness against Arsenal, with Son Heung-min and Fernando Llorente ready to step in.

Predicted line-ups

Borussia Dortmund starting XI: Burki; Toljan, Zagadou, Bartra, Schmelzer; Gotze, Weigl, Kagawa; Pulisic, Aubameyang, Philipp

Tottenham starting XI: Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Vertonghen; Aurier, Dembele, Winks, Rose; Alli, Eriksen; Kane
