Arsene Wenger will again shuffle his deck and told reporters on Monday that there is "room for us to be different" in regards to players afforded minutes ahead of an expected youthful group

Team News

Arsenal

Arsene Wenger will again rotate his squad heavily, with the likes of Jack Wilshere, Reiss Nelson and Ainsley Maitland-Niles coming in.

Arsenal host Brighton on Sunday in their third game in a six-day period, so unused substitutes against Koln like Jeff Reine-Adelaide and Chuba Akpom could also feature.

Mesut Ozil made a brief cameo off the bench in Monday's win over West Brom and could play a part after overcoming a knee injury.

Wenger told reporters on Monday: "We play in BATE Borisov on Thursday night and play Sunday morning at 12 o’clock here. So we look at the schedule over the weekend, we think there was some room for us to be different.

But we have to accept it and we want to go to Borisov with a team. I will go with a team of senior players and certainly with a young bench."

BATE Borisov

BATE are currently third in the Belarusian Premier League but just two points behind leaders FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk.

The hosts have won 16 of their 21 league games and will have a chance of causing a shock against the English team.

Arsenal have started their campaign quietly in England, but there have been good signs of life for the weeks ahead.

Sanchez could be the perfect foil for Alexandre Lacazette, and the pair could develop into one of Europe's most exciting duos.

However, Wenger will exercise his full squad in the Europa group stages, and the fringe players in north London are good enough to lead the team into the next phase.
