个人简介

20046月毕业于第四军医大学,获医学硕士学位后,进入中科院神经科学研究所攻读神经生物学博士学位,2009年随导师转到同济大学,20116月毕业于同济大学生命科学技术学院,获得生物化学与分子生物学博士学位,后进入澳门信誉最好十大平台药学博士后科研流动站从事博士后研究,合作导师为熊志奇教授。20147月获得博士后国际交流计划资助,在澳大利亚昆士兰大学访学,回国后加入李剑教授团队,从事药理学方面的研究。

 

长期从事抗衰老候选药物活性筛选、靶标确证和机制研究。团队通过对1027种上市药物的系统性筛选,首次发现磺酰脲类降糖药具有延寿抗衰活性,并确认其独立于降糖机制。进一步通过基于活性的蛋白组学分析,阐明格列本脲通过靶向抑制线粒体三羧酸循环关键酶MDH2,调控能量代谢与表观遗传修饰(H3K27me3)发挥抗衰老作用。通过对滇西中草药进行系统抗衰筛选,发现药食同源的西归具有抗衰功效,并明确西归多糖为关键活性物质。相关成果已实现高效转化,与企业合作共同开发西归多糖新食品原料,以及基于西归水提物的抗皮肤衰老、促毛发生长的化妆品新原料。以第一/通讯作者累计发表20余篇SCI论文,其中包括Signal Transduct Target TherIF52.2)、Acta Pharm. Sin. BIF14.5)、ElifeIF8.7)、J Med Chem (IF7.2)等国内外知名学术期刊。专利公开16项,授权3项,荣获上海市教委上海高校特聘教授(东方学者)2019)、上海东方英才拔尖计划2026)。
