Yet Swansea can deliver a major blow to Wigan's survival hopes if they produce a third away win.

Team News
Wigan manager Roberto Martinez will have to make a late decision on the fitness of some of his internationals.

Paraguay defender Antolin Alcaraz and Honduras defender Maynor Figueroa both had long trips after playing for their countries in South America and were not expected to arrive back until later this afternoon.

Defender Gary Caldwell sustained a cut leg playing for Scotland in midweek but he is expected to recover.

Meanwhile, Swansea goalkeeper Michel Vorm has overcome a virus and will replace Gerhard Tremmel at the DW Stadium.

The Holland international missed last week's trip to Stoke but has now recovered, with strikers Danny Graham and Leroy Lita also expected to be fit after being hit by the same illness.

But midfielder Kemy Agustien is facing a lengthy lay-off after surgery revealed that his ankle injury was worse than first thought.

Predicted Line-Up

Wigan (Probable, 3-4-2-1): Al Habsi; Alcaraz, Caldwell, Figueroa; Boyce, McCarthy, McArthur, Beausejour; Gomez, Moses; Di Santo.
Tests: Alcaraz, Figueroa (travel fatigue), Caldwell (leg).

Swansea (Probable, 4-1-4-1): Vorm; Rangel, Williams, Caulker, Taylor; Britton; Dyer, Sigurdsson, Allen, Sinclair; Graham.
Out: Augustien (ankle), Orlandi (hamstring), Bodde (knee).
Test: Graham, Lita (both virus).
