Real Madrid 1-1 Atletico : LaLiga TV channel, live streaming online

Real Madrid welcome Atletico Madrid to the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday for what could be a season-defining contest in terms of second place in La Liga this May.
.

Los Blancos head into the Madrid derby on the back of two consecutive 3-0 victories; overcoming both Las Palmas in the league last weekend and Juventus in the Champions League in midweek by the same scoreline.

Meanwhile, Atleti pose a similarly impressive recent record; having tasted defeat just once in their last five outings across all competitions - which came as Villarreal grabbed two late goals to secure a shock comeback win last month.

So ahead of what is sure to be a more entertaining contest than the goalless draw both sides played out when meeting at the Wanda Metropolitano for the first time earlier this season, let's take a look at all you need to know.

Real Madrid host Atletico in La Liga on Saturday in a match that could all but hand the title to their fierce rivals Barcelona.

Zinedine Zidane's side are in third place in the Primera Division, 13 points behind Barca, with the Rojiblancos nine points adrift in second spot.

A win for Los Blancos or a draw could see the Catalans – in action at home to Leganes on Saturday – move further clear with only seven rounds of games left after this weekend.

Team News

Real Madrid
Nacho is injured for the first time in his career after picking up a muscle problem in last weekend's win at Las Palmas and will miss out against Atletico, but Raphael Varane should shake off a knock to start on Sunday.

Real Madrid do not have any players suspended for Sunday's game at the Bernabeu.

Zidane is set to field a strong starting line-up for the match against Atletico on Sunday, even though Real Madrid are in action at home to Juventus in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Cristiano Ronaldo is likely to start in the derby alongside Karim Benzema, as the Portuguese forward has been in fantastic form in front of goal over the past few weeks, with 23 goals in his last 12 games.

Marco Asensio and Lucas Vazquez should come in as Toni Kroos and Isco are both rested, although Gareth Bale is also in contention for a place in the line-up.

Meanwhile, Sergio Ramos is suspended for the game against Juventus and will start at the back.

Atletico
While Real Madrid played in Turin in the Champions League on Tuesday, Atletico were in action at home to Sporting CP in the Europa League on Thursday.

Diego Simeone's side will therefore have had less rest ahead of Sunday's derby clash and the Rojiblancos also have a much smaller squad than their city rivals.

Atleti, in action on Thursday in Lisbon, will want to win on Sunday to keep their slim hopes of claiming La Liga alive.

Juanfran looks ready to return at right back, but left-back Filipe Luis is sidelined. Sime Vrsaljko and Jose Gimenez are doubtful.
