Tottenham head into their final away game of the season knowing a win will move them into third place in the Premier League standings while relegating revitalized Leicester City.

Five dropped points against Manchester City and Brighton saw the gap between fourth and fifth-placed Chelsea cut, and Tottenham's advantage over their London rivals is now just two points following Chelsea's 1-0 win at Swansea City.

Liverpool dropped points against the Baggies and Stoke City in their previous two games to hand Spurs the opportunity to leapfrog them ahead of their trip to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on Sunday.

Spurs beat Watford on Monday night to end a two-game winless run which threatened to derail their top-four spot but West Brom should not be underestimated despite propping up the table.

Spurs have a slight advantage as well as home backing behind them, but they come up against a team that hasn't lost since mid-November

The Baggies are undefeated since Darren Moore took charge in a caretaker capacity but they must beat Tottenham to keep their faint hopes of Premier League survival alive.

Mauricio Pochettino's men came from two goals down in the first leg to secure a 2-2 draw in Turin in February and, as such, they will feel confident in their ability to progress.

The concession of two goals, particularly at home, was a rare experience for Juve, but they will arrive in London without trepidation, especially considering how inconsistent Spurs' form has been.

Start time
Tottenham host Leicester City at the Wembley with kick-off scheduled for 5:00pm on Sunday, May 13.
