Tottenham 1-2 Juventus: Uefa Champions League start time, live, how to watch on TV/online

Tottenham now stand at a crossroads. The opening 10 minutes in Turin in the first leg of their Champions League tie laid bare their worst frailties. However, the rest of the game showed Mauricio Pochettino’s side in all their glory.

If Spurs can replicate that resurgent, confident and controlling performance when they host the Old Lady at Wembley on Wednesday night, one mighty step towards that top echelon of European sides will have been taken.

Sacrifice their away-goals advantage and, despite having made an untold improvement in Europe this season, defeat will have the same tired trophy questions ringing in Pochettino’s ears once more.

It’s arguably the biggest game of the Pochettino era at Tottenham, and Standard Sport takes you through the talking points from both camps.

Spurs have a slight advantage as well as home backing behind them, but they come up against a team that haven't lost since mid-November

Tottenham welcome Juventus to Wembley as the sides get set to contest the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Wednesday.

Mauricio Pochettino's men came from two goals down in the first leg to secure a 2-2 draw in Turin in February and, as such, they will feel confident in their ability to progress.

The concession of two goals, particularly at home, was a rare experience for Juve, but they will arrive in London without trepidation, especially considering how inconsistent Spurs' form has been.

Start time
Tottenham host Juventus at the Wembly Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 7.45pm on Wednesday, 7 March.
