Ludogorets vs AC Milan: Europa League TV, live streaming 2ND LEG

Ludogorets have managed to survive an interesting Europa League group with Sporting Braga, Hoffenheim and Istanbul Basaksehir to come second at the end.

The Bulgarian champions were rewarded for such success by getting to play Italian heavyweights Milan for the place in the last 16 round of the competition.

A real buzz is thus expected in and around Ludogorets Arena in Razgrad on Thursday when Rossoneri come to visit the city.

Milan did not have any troubles topping the group D above the names of ARK Athens, Austria Vienna and Rijeka, but they have generally had a dismal campaign in Serie A where they sit outside of top six after 24 games.

Ludogorets Vs AC Milan: Preview, Team News, Probable Lineups, And Prediction

Dimitrov's men may not be on the same level as the seven-time European Champions, but they can surely give a tough time to any team in front of their faithful.

The Red and Blacks of Milan travel to Bulgaria on Thursday to face Ludogorets for Round of 32 of the Europa League. Ludogorets Arena will host the first leg, and the match is scheduled to start at 06:00 pm GMT this Thursday.

Ludogorets have won the last six Bulgarian league title in a row. They finished second in the group stage of Europa league behind Braga. The Bulgarian Champions have faced only one loss in last four home games in Europa League.

AC Milan, on the other hand, look rejuvenated under new manager Gennaro Gattuso. A Champions League spot still seems possible for the Milan-based side as they sit seventh in the league table. They finished top of Group D in Europa League with eleven points from six games.

Gattuso’s men look full of confidence, especially given they defeated SPAL last Saturday with a huge 4-0 margin on the road.

The Rossoneri are one of the favorites to win the Europa League this year and given the fierce competition in Serie A this campaign, Milan may end up outside the top 4 come may; so they might see Europa League as an opportunity to get into Champions League next year.

Team News

Lugogorets
Goalkeeper Vladislav Stoyanov is a long-term absentee in goal, while top scorer Claudiu Keseru and defender Natanael are suspended.

New signing Jakub Swierczok could make his debut up front.

Key Players
Claudiu Keseru has scored 12 goals and assisted nine so far this season, and so in his absence focus will turn to Marcelinho, who has weighed in with ten goals and seven assists.

Team Form
Ludogorets' most recent competitive fixture was a 2-1 defeat to CSKA Sofia, after extra time, in the Bulgarian Cup quarter-finals before Christmas. They have played three friendlies since then, winning against Botosani and CS U Craiova, either side of a 2-2 draw with Shakhtar Donetsk.

AC Milan
Andrea Conti, Marco Storari and Nikola Kalinic remain on the injury list for Milan, meaning Gianluigi Donnarumma is likely to play in goal and Ignazio Abate will be at right-back.

Milan have tended to rotate in the group stages, and could do so again with Cristian Zapata and/or Mateo Musacchio at the back

Key Players
Patrick Cutrone took his tally to 12 goals for the season with his double against SPAL last time out. Andre Silva netted a hat-trick during the group stages of this year's Europa League, meanwhile.

Team Form
Milan are unbeaten since Christmas and have won three and drawn two of their last five matches in all competitions to resurrect their faltering season. Last time out, they won 4-0 at SPAL, with Patrick Cutrone scoring twice before Lucas Biglia and Fabio Borini sealed victory. That win followed a 1-1 draw at Udinese and goalless Coppa Italia draw at home to Lazio.

Ludogorets vs AC Milan Prediction
AC Milan are the clear favorites, but we simply can’t overlook the fact that the Eagles will play the first leg in front of their faithful, who will leave no stones unturned to support their team.

Over the years, Ludogorets have turned their Ludogorets Arena into a real fortress and have been in a sublime form at home. That said, Milan have regained their form and are a solid side when it comes to cup competitions, so we’re rooting for a close win for the Rossoneri.
