Chelsea vs West Brom: Premier League TV, live streaming

The Blues are aiming to avert a crisis after two disastrous defeats in the league with a win over Alan Pardew's struggling side.

Chelsea's underwhelming form since the turn of the year is threatening to turn into a crisis after two defeats in a row by three-goal margins against lesser opposition.

Antonio Conte's future, while not thought to be at imminent risk, is being questioned, but Chelsea are in fourth place in the Premier League, with the FA Cup and Champions League still to play for.

Meanwhile, their opponents on Monday are four points adrift at the bottom of the Premier League table but West Brom will be looking to cause a huge upset and boost their bid for survival.

The future of Antonio Conte has been the talk of Chelsea ahead of tonight's Premier League clash against West Brom.

A 4-1 humbling at Watford last Monday saw Conte give his players three days off as speculation over the Italian's position continued to mount.

Chelsea have one just one Premier League game in 2018, and with two back-to-back defeats by a three-goal margin, the pressure is on as Alan Pardew's bottom-of-the-table Baggies head to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues' top four hopes were boosted this weekend by defeats for Arsenal and Manchester United, and a win tonight would leave just four points separating fifth and second place.
