Our tipster thinks that the Foxes can make their home advantage count by claiming a comfortable win against Uwe Rosler's side on Tuesday night

Leicester City are firm favourites to take their place in the FA Cup fourth round when they welcome Fleetwood Town to King Power Stadium for a third round replay on Tuesday night.

The two teams played out a hard-fought goalless draw at Highbury earlier this month but, having relinquished home advantage.

the Cod Army will have to be at their very best if they are to send the 2016 Premier League champions crashing out of the competition.

Fleetwood Town head coach Uwe Rosler expects Leicester City's Jamie Vardy to face his former club in their FA Cup third-round replay at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday night, but he has made no specific plans for the striker.

Ten days ago, injury meant Vardy missed an emotional return to the club where he scored 34 goals in 40 appearances to help them win promotion to the Football League.

The England international had to watch from the stands but having played 82 minutes in Saturday's goalless draw at Chelsea, Vardy is finally set to be reunited with the club he left to become the first £1m non-league player with a move to the Foxes in 2012.

How To Follow

Leicester City take on Fleetwood in this third-round FA Cup replay at the King Power Stadium with a 7.45pm on Tuesday.

the game is live on television. The clash will be broadcast on BT Sport 2 from 7pm. The other televised third-round replay will be Chelsea v Norwich at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening at 7.45pm, which will be live on BBC One.

Team news

Jamie Vardy, who scored 31 goals in 36 games in his solitary season with Fleetwood Town in the National League before signing for Leicester City, but is set to face his former employers here after missing the stalemate in the north west through injury.

The hosts have no fresh concerns and Uwe Rosler should be able to select his strongest possible side as the Cod Army aim for a piece of FA Cup history.

There have been more than two goals scored inside normal time in just one of the last six FA Cup ties that the Foxes have played on their own turf, while Claude Puel’s charges have failed to find the net in either of their last two matches.

It is worth noting that Leicester have kept a clean sheet in four of the last five FA Cup ties that they have won on their own patch and, given the gulf between the teams, the quote from Betfair Sportsbook for history to repeat itself could well provide value again here.

Match odds
The Foxes have won just one of their last eight matches in all competitions, but they claimed a battling goalless draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge at the weekend despite being reduced to 10 men after the interval.

Furthermore, Leicester boast a hugely impressive home record against lower league teams in this competition - having won 16 of their last 18 FA Cup ties on their own patch against teams from outside of the top tier - so it is little surprise that Betfair Sportsbook make the Premier League side their favourites to win this tie inside 90 minutes.

Fleetwood, by contrast, have not won an FA Cup tie away from home against a team from a higher division since 2011 and are chalked up as a chunky chance to claim a famous victory against the Foxes, while the odds compilers offer that the tie remains deadlocked at the end of normal time.

Tips and predictions
Fleetwood are in fine form, but their best chance of knocking the Foxes out may have passed and value could lie in backing the Premier League side to win without conceding at with Betfair Sportsbook when these two teams meet in Tuesday’s FA Cup third round replay.
