Brighton vs Liverpool: Premier League Jurgen Klopp's side eye top-four spot

Liverpool can move into the Premier League's top four with victory at Brighton on Saturday afternoon.

Since the 4-1 defeat at Tottenham at the end of October, Jurgen Klopp's side have turned their league form around, having picked up four wins from their last five games, including a 3-0 success at Stoke on Wednesday evening.

Liverpool face their second Premier League away trip in four days as they take on Brighton on the south coast on Saturday.

Liverpool have won four of their last five league games to sit fifth in the table, just two points off Arsenal in the Champions League qualification spots, with Mohammed Salah continuing to impress all in the division.

Jurgen Klopp's side have rarely been able to add defensively solidity to their attacking potential this season, but a routine 3-0 victory at Stoke on Wednesday will give the German coach confidence in getting another win on the road.

Brighton are winless in their last three League games, but were impressive during a 1-0 defeat at Manchester United before gaining a home draw against rivals Crystal Palace on Tuesday to tighten up at the back.

Start time

Brighton host Liverpool at the Amex Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, December 2.

TV and live online coverage

The match will not be televised live in the UK.
