Manchester United will be looking to keep within touching distance of Premier League leaders Manchester City when they host Newcastle United on Saturday.

A 1-0 loss to Chelsea last time out saw Pep Guardiola & Co. move eight points clear after just 11 games, a record advantage at this point of a Premier League season.

United will be playing after all of their title rivals at the weekend to round off a busy Saturday schedule, which could see them drop to fourth before kick-off at Old Trafford.

Start time

Manchester United host Newcastle United at Old Trafford with kick-off scheduled for 5.30pm on Saturday, November 18.

TV and live online coverage

The match will be televised live on BT Sport 1, with coverage starting from 5pm. BT Sport subscribers will be able to stream the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app.

Alternatively, you can follow all the team news and goal updates from 4.30pm with NEW GERSY blog.

Team news

Manchester United
Mourinho will welcome back Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Marcos Rojo against the Magpies.

Ibrahimovic and Rojo make the squad for the first time since suffering cruciate knee ligament injuries in April, and Pogba is back after two months on the sidelines with hamstring trouble.

Phil Jones looks certain to miss out after being injured in England's friendly against Germany.

Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez will be without two key men, with central defender Jamaal Lascelles (ankle) and winger Christian Atsu (thigh) both sidelined.

Goalkeeper Rob Elliot, who sat out the Republic of Ireland's play-off against Denmark because of a family bereavement, is available, while full-back Paul Dummett (hamstring) is back in training and midfielder Mikel Merino is due to return from a back problem in the next 48 hours.

Predicted line-ups

Manchester United starting XI: De Gea; Valencia, Smalling, Bailly, Young; Pogba, Matic; Martial, Lingard, Rashford; Lukaku

Newcastle United starting XI: Elliot; Yedlin, Clark, Lejeune, Manquillo; Ritchie, Hayden, Shelvey, Murphy; Perez, Joselu
