Arsenal and Tottenham face off on Saturday in the first north London derby of the 2017-18 Premier League season.

Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs have started the season brightly by qualifying for the Champions League last-16, but sit eight points behind Premier League leaders Manchester City in the title race.

Arsenal are even further behind Spurs as Arsene Wenger's men trail City by 12 points, sitting sixth after losing four of their opening 11 League games to put pressure on their long-serving manager.

Though there is still plenty left to play for this season, a defeat for either side would seriously dent their title ambitions before another tricky festive fixture pile-up.

Start time

Arsenal host Tottenham at Emirates Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 12:30pm on Saturday, November 18.

TV and live online coverage

The match will be televised live on Sky Sports' Premier League and Main Event channels, with coverage starting from 11.30am. The game will be available to watch online via the Sky GO App.

Alternatively, you can follow all the build-up and action from 11am with NEW GERSY blog.

Team news

Arsenal will hand late fitness tests to Shkodran Mustafi and Danny Welbeck ahead of the derby. Mustafi has been sidelined since the start of October with a hamstring issue, while a groin injury suffered in the 2-1 defeat at Watford has kept Welbeck out for the past month.

Both could be in contention to face Spurs although Olivier Giroud is out after injuring his thigh on international duty with France while Santi Cazorla (ankle) is a long-term absentee.

Harry Kane is among a number of Tottenham players set for late fitness tests. Kane is hoping to shake off a knee injury while Dele Alli (hamstring), Harry Winks (ankle), Hugo Lloris (groin) and Michel Vorm (knee) will also have to be assessed.

Toby Alderweireld and Victor Wanyama remain out with hamstring and knee problems respectively, while Erik Lamela has only recently recovered from a long-standing hip injury.

Predicted line-ups

Arsenal starting XI: Cech; Koscielny, Mertesacker, Monreal; Bellerin, Ramsey, Xhaka, Kolasinac; Ozil, Sanchez; Lacazette

Tottenham starting XI: Lloris; Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies; Trippier, Dembele, Dier, Rose; Eriksen, Alli; Kane

Arsenal 28%
Tottenham 52%
